View and fill-out any number of different forms, then generate PDF reports and email direct from the app.
Put more than just text fields and check boxes in your forms, use drop-down lists, date and time pickers, photos, drawings, signatures, option groups, even logos, calculated fields and conditional formatting.
Forms can have a two layered structure, the parent form can have any number of different child forms attached to it, as defined by the current template.
